Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the US & China. For that reason, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
The time varies according to the manufacturers, please allow somewhere between 2 and 5 weeks for all your items to arrive. Shipping times vary from product to product, based on demand and/or shipping location.
How long will it take for me to receive a tracking number?
Between 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number on the email address used to complete the purchase.
Where is the company located?
Our head offices are based in Dublin, Ireland, but our warehouses are based both in China and the US.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Our default currency is euros but you will be charged in the currency where your bank account is located.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation email with an order number after purchase. Use this number when reaching out to us for any questions.
Will I have to pay customs?
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and the number of items being purchased at once.
Can I return my items?
You can return an item to us for any reason within 14 days after receiving it and, we will be able to refund your money once it gets to us. We do not cover shipping costs for items that are not faulty.
